- Court Ordered Sheriff EvictionHave a court order for the removal of a non-paying tenant? We will meet you and the court officers promptly on-site to gain access if needed and change the locks after the sheriff's removal of the tenant.
- Mailbox & CabinetMailbox locks get picked open or drilled and replaced when all keys are lost or not returned by a previous resident. Cabinet locks picked open and replaced or keys cut by code when the code is present.

Deadbolt, handleset, and entry lock installation on wood, steel, and fiberglass doors. The latch must line up to hold the door closed and the bolt should turn fully and smoothly with no rubbing. Front doors, back doors, side entries, and garage doors.
Smart locks
Smart Locks & Standalone Keypad Locks
Battery-operated keypad, fingerprint, and Wi-Fi app-controlled with a back-up mechanical key override. Lock installed, code and app setup completed, before the job ends. Standalone keypad locks are also available if you would like keyless entry without the need for Wi-Fi connection and remote access through an app.
